Having come to London at an early age leaving behind the civil war in Uganda, Joshua has never known the privileges enjoyed by his girlfriend’s family.

Surrounded by the sea and lush natural landscape, the farm is an oasis, overflowing with idealistic notions and lively conversations between Cass’s father, his wife and family friend Michael. But Joshua’s warm welcome is cut short when a sudden act of violent racism at a local summer concert shakes the peaceful atmosphere and forces them to confront the uncomfortable truth of their differences.”.
