Rita Ora revealed that she learned to recognize the telltale signs that she’s about to have a panic attack after she struggled and continues to do so to combat her anxiety.

The 33-year-old singer spoke candidly about her struggles with mental health issues in an interview on the ‘Brave New World’ podcast, as well as the various methods she uses to manage her well-being.

The famous artist reported that she regularly takes 40-minute saunas with “infrared rays” and then takes a cold dip or shower. She also does acupuncture for panic attacks and uses other Chinese medicine methods to control her symptoms.

Rita Ora explained: “I have a lot of stress, but I think everyone in my industry does to be honest. I think it’s very nice now that the discussion has opened up about all these issues.”

And he continued: “I have now learned to recognize when a panic attack is ‘coming’. Before I still felt like it was something foreign to me. I do a lot of acupuncture and just breathe and lay somewhere for about 20 minutes. I love Chinese medicine, I try to integrate many different methods, I am not just one person”.

Rita has previously shared her struggles with mental health through the lyrics of her third album “You and I”revealing that she underwent therapy after losing a part of herself during years of entertainment.
