Activists protest fashion designer’s use of leather, urging her to use vegan solutions
The Victoria Beckham Show at Paris Fashion Week was interrupted by activists from the animal rights group Peta, who stormed the catwalk to protest the fashion designer’s use of animal products.
The protesters wore white T-shirts that read “turn your back on animal skins” and “animals are not cloth”. They walked alongside the models on the catwalk, holding placards that read: “Viva vegan leather.”
