“Barbie” she may not have won at the Oscars, but she gained another friend in her collection. During an event at Buckingham Palace of the organization “Women of the World (WOW)” the Queen Camilla of Britain received her own Barbie, dressed in a stunning blue Fiona Clare dress paired with an Amanda Wakeley coat.

Before the reception, the designers of the organization had been informed in detail about Camilla’s clothing choices, so that they could create with absolute precision the Barbie and even added a WOW Global pin to her cape.

“Thank you very much. She is amazing! I look 50 years younger” she said laughing as soon as she saw the doll. “I am very grateful. Thank you so much for doing this, it’s great. We should all have a Barbie!”

Barbie’s official Instagram page shared a photo of the Queen Camilla doll with the caption: “A force for change. Barbie is honoring Her Majesty The Queen with a one-of-a-kind doll in recognition of her leadership role in ‘WOW Global’ as they aim to change the way society views girls and provide opportunities for their futures.”

The event was attended by members of the royal family, Queen Mathilde of Belgium, the Duchess of Gloucester, Brigitte, Helen Mirren, Melanie Brown and author Laura Bates, as reported by the Daily Mail.
