After buying a football team at the beginning of February, Gusttavo Lima decided to get rid of an apartment worth R$150 million in Miami, United States. The property, which is located in Château Beach Residences, a luxury condominium in Sunny Isles, has 1,300 square meters.
Known as “Ambassador”, Gusttavo charges, on average, between R$ 800 thousand and R$ 1.2 million for each presentation and easily leads the ranking of most expensive fees in the country. The countryman put the property up for sale was not due to financial difficulties, in fact, he bought a mansion in the American city.
The property offered by a local real estate agency is a duplex apartment with dining and television room, kitchen with wine cellar, designer furniture, top of the line appliances, Italian cabinets, guest bedrooms, maid’s quarters, private glass pool, bathroom supporting the outdoor area and barbecue on the first floor.
On the second floor of the property, there is the main suite, double closet, bathroom with bathtub, massage room, sauna and gym. The countryman became a majority member of SAF (Sociedade Anônima do Futebol) of Atlético Paranavaí, a club from the interior of Paraná, which competes in the state’s Second Division.
