Prince Andrewbrother of the UK’s King Charles III, is ‘pleased’ with the way he is portrayed in his new film Netflix “Scoop”his friends claimed.

The film follows the aftermath of the UK royal’s friendship with Jeffrey Epstein, which led to his disastrous BBC interview with Emily Maitlis following allegations of sexual assault.

Jeffrey Epstein, a millionaire known for his relationships with celebrities, politicians and academics, killed himself in prison on charges of sexual crimes and sexual exploitation of minors.

In the infamous 2019 interview, Prince Andrew makes bombshell claims when asked about a photo of himself with Epstein’s victim, Virginia Giuffre, who has accused him of sexual abuse.

“Obviously Andrew regrets giving the interview,” a friend of the prince told The Daily Beast. “However, he feels that in ‘Scoop’ he is much more balanced than he expected.

“We can tell he’s pleased with Rufus Sewell’s performance,” he added.

Another friend of Prince Andrew, according to a report in The Independent newspaper, praised the film for depicting some of the good deeds Prince Andrew did.

I think to the satisfaction of everyone who really knows the man, the film made it clear that Andrew was extremely good at connecting with people and that he played a valuable role with Pitch@Palace, a platform to strengthen and accelerate the work of entrepreneurs, he claimed .

Prince Andrew denies all allegations of sexual assault and also said he “regrets his relationship” with Epstein. Giuffre and Prince Andrew reached an out-of-court settlement in 2022.
