“Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve always dreamed of having a little daughter named London,” said the famous TV personality
Paris Hilton recently revealed the meaning behind her daughter’s middle name and the significance of her birth date.
The famous heiress, 43, spoke about her and her husband’s five-month-old baby girl, Carter Rheumwhich she “introduced” to her fans a few days ago.
On her personal podcast, “I Am Paris”the blonde ‘Barbie’ said their daughter was born on 11/11 of last year, almost a year after they welcomed their first child, 15-month-old son Phoenix.
“I chose the name London because it’s one of my favorite cities in the world”the famous heiress said.
“And ever since I was a little girl, I always dreamed of having a little daughter named London. I also think Paris and London sound so cute together, and it’s just such a beautiful and unique name.”
As for London’s middle name, Marilyn, Paris pointed out that she was inspired by her grandmother as well as a certain famous Hollywood idol. She also noted that and her son Phoenix was named after her grandfather.

“I wanted to honor my grandmother, Marilyn. I think it’s such a beautiful name,” she explained. “And Phoenix, his middle name is Barron, which is my grandfather’s name. I wanted to honor them, because I love them so much. I also love Marilyn Monroe”the businesswoman added.

During her podcast episode, Hilton also explained the importance of her daughter’s birthday and why it’s so “special to her. “Obviously, as you all know, 11/11 is such an important date for me. Carter and I got married on 11/11. The media company is called 11:11 Media. I make a wish every day at 11:11. So having my daughter born on that date was just magical and so special.”.
In January 2023, the Hilton and Reum they welcomed him Phoenix through a surrogate mother and in November 2023 their daughter London was born – through a surrogate mother.
