Presenter Nadja Haddad, former Bake Off Brasil (SBT), announced this Sunday (28) the birth of José and Antonio, her children with the mayor of Cajamar (interior of São Paulo), Danilo Joan (PSD), with whom she is married for 8 years. The twins came into the world last Thursday (25).
The birth was premature; Nadja was about 24 weeks pregnant, that is, six months. “It wasn’t what we dreamed of, but it was God’s will,” the new mother commented on social media. She had already been admitted to the Pro Matre maternity hospital, in São Paulo, for about a month.
“It was all a scare, a rush,” he reported. “An intense mix of feelings. We repeat: it was God’s will. We always asked that they be born when they decided, with the Lord.”
According to her, the children are healthy, despite having arrived early. “José and Antonio are fine!” she stated. “Within the normal parameters of extreme prematurity, but reacting like two warriors!!!”
The presenter says that she and her husband are now preparing to support the little ones, who will remain hospitalized until further notice. “We continue full of faith, preparing for a new stage as neonatal ICU parents, knowing that we will live through a rollercoaster of emotions in the coming months”, she commented. “However, even more united and strengthened by faith.”
