Anitta criticizes politicians and cites tragedy in Rio Grande do Sul: ‘We need to put an end to so much destruction’

Anitta used social media to vent this Friday (10). She criticized the National Congress and, in particular, the president of the Chamber Arthur Lira (PP-AL) and the president of the Senate Rodrigo Pacheco (PSD-MG). According to her, politicians are not giving importance to the tragedy in Rio Grande do Sul because of the heavy rains that hit the state.

“While Rio Grande do Sul is underwater, there are Deputies and Senators wanting to take advantage and pass the cattle,” said the singer, who made a video featuring photos of Lira and Pacheco. “The Brazilian Congress spent years attacking our country’s environment. The consequences are there. It’s time to stop,” she added.

She continued with her outburst: “My request today, in addition to continuing to help the victims, is for us to come together to defend the nature of our country. We need to put an end to so much destruction or we will face much worse things down the road,” she said. . Anitta even donated one of her trucks to raise aid for the SOUTH in a partnership with Cufa (Central Única das Favelas) at the beginning of the week.

Not satisfied, Anitta even made stories to talk about the importance of voting. “We pay enough taxes to not have to go through these things. That’s why it’s so important for us to keep an eye on it when we vote, because it’s these people who will decide whether we’re going to go through these things or not”, he commented. she. “When this happens, everyone mobilizes, but later on people forget who is to blame and end up voting for personal interests.

The singer also said that she wanted to tag Arthur Lira and Rodrigo Pacheco in the outburst, but was unable to do so because she was blocked by the former. “I am blocked by him for other previous environmental issues that I marked and was blocked.
