Zilu disapproves of Wanessa’s return with Dado: ‘I respect her decision, but I have my opinion’

The return of the couple Wanessa Camargo and Dado Dolabella was celebrated by the singer’s fans, but it didn’t please her mother, Zilu Godói, at all. Last Friday (10), at Wanessa’s show, mother-in-law and son-in-law avoided each other and remained away from each other throughout the performance.

Zilu arrived at the show accompanied by her daughter, Camila Camargo, and grandson José Marcus, Wanessa’s eldest son. Dado arrived earlier and interacted with Nizam and Luigi, his beloved’s former confinement colleagues.

Zezé di Camargo’s ex-wife spoke discreetly to the press, but without hiding that she is unhappy with her daughter’s rapprochement with the actor. Questioned by F5 if he approved of the relationship, he looked like he had few friends and said nothing: “She’s the one who has to approve.”

Informed by a reporter that Dado wished her a happy Mother’s Day, Zilu simply replied: “Thank you, but I don’t want to.”

“That’s what a mother is for, to support when she needs it and scold her when she needs it,” continued Zilu. “I respect her decision, but I have the right to have my opinion. She is an adult, mature, I just told her: ‘It’s her choice, be happy in her own way'”, he said.

Meanwhile, Dado vented behind the scenes about the trials he has been receiving in the “internet court”. “People judge me as if I were the same Dado from 20 years ago. On the internet, it seems like the past, present and future no longer exist: the photo is there and it’s as if it happened today”, he criticized.

“Today I’m 44 years old, I’m the father of three children, I have a life of soap operas, miniseries, I was the Farm Champion, I released three albums”, he lists. “We are in this life to learn, no one is the same as they were 20 years ago.”

Passionate, he praised the new phase of Wanessa’s career. “She’s in the place she deserves to be, which is on stage, shining, bringing this energy that only she has. The new songs are incredible. She doesn’t have a month of career, she has a lifetime of career. For me it’s very exciting being here because I was also involved in the beginning of his career, so when we listen to the songs from 15 years ago, a lot of emotions come to the surface”, he praised.

Dado also said that he would participate in reality shows again, but that things have changed a lot since he won the first edition of Fazenda (Record), in 2009.

“Today everything is different, there are many factors that change the game. In the past it was just TV and the viewer. Today you have websites, pages and people who manipulate stories”, he criticized. “Wanessa deserved to go much further [no BBB]”.

Wanessa and Dado were lovers between 2000 and 2004. In 2022, after Wanessa separated from Marcus Buaiz, ​​father of her two children, the couple met again and started dating again. Wanessa joined BBB 24 in January this year while still dating Dado, but a few days after being expelled from the reality show, she stated that they were separated. Last Friday (10), however, the couple confirmed that they are together again.
