O Slimanethe singer of France in this year’s Eurovisionknows – and rightly so – worldwide success and recognition.

His magical voice and heartbreaking performance of his ballad Mon Amour captivated the audience and the juries and brought him to 4th place – although it was vocally and musically worthy of the first one.

However, Slimane is a winner.

Within 24 hours Mon Amour became the French song with the most streams in his story Spotify and he himself embarks on a world tour.

The singer – with a video on his Instagram account – moved and thanked the world from the bottom of his heart for his love.

“Good morning friends, I hope you are well. I’m making this video because I feel really moved. I’m so happy. Last Sunday we ‘broke’ a historical record with Mon Amour. It became the most streamed French song in the world on Spotify within 24 hours. It was more than 2,000,000.

I never focus on charts, but this is such a fantastic thing that I decided to make this video to thank you. And the best part of the story is that we broke the record again on Monday. I mean, we made it two days in a row!

It ‘s crazy. For the French language. For French music. For me. For us. I will not speak any more, for I am very close to crying. I just want to thank you. Everything that happens is crazy. I just want to say thank you,” said Slimane.

Also, his world tour was announced, which will start from Germany on January 23, 2025 and will end on February 26, in Miami, USA.

“I still can not believe it. I am so excited and happy to invite you to the opening of my first world tour this Thursday at 10 am. (Paris time),” he wrote in his post.
