Sabrina Sato talks about long-distance dating with Nicolas Prattes: ‘Sometimes we spend 12 hours together’

In love, but separated by a flight and two busy professional schedules. This is how Sabrina Sato and Nicolas Prattes’ relationship has been.

Together since January this year, the actor and the presenter have to juggle their schedules to be able to stay together.

“I still don’t know how we do it, but we make it happen. Sometimes we spend 12 hours together physically,” said Sabrina in an interview with Vogue. “But in a short space of time we managed to go on two trips together, which is almost a miracle,” she said.

In the interview, the presenter revealed that the couple’s first meeting was full of obstacles. As Nicolas lives in Rio, and she in São Paulo, the first date already involved a trip.

After meeting on Instagram and exchanging a few messages, the two decided to have dinner together at Sabrina’s house, in São Paulo. But for this to happen, it took a lot of patience. “Nicolas took the initiative to say that he wanted to meet and then I immediately sent him my schedule so he could see that there was almost no free date”, said Sabrina.

“We scheduled a dinner at home, but he lives in Rio and his and my recording and work schedule was super difficult. It was so difficult that I was almost giving up. Then he managed to catch the last flight and our meeting was very special “, he reported.

The next day, the couple’s first morning was anything but romantic. “We went to have coffee together and my mother, my sister, my team started to arrive… I had to leave before him and he stayed having coffee with Ms. Kika and Karina [mãe e irmã]on the first date”, revealed Sabrina.

Despite the setbacks, Nicolas, 27, and Sabrina, 43, have managed to understand each other and get to know each other better and better. “We have great admiration for each other, we like being together and we encourage each other all the time,” said the actor.
