Her father MadonnaSilvio Ciccone, celebrated his birthday and the “queen of pop” published on her personal Instagram account rare photos of them.

Madonna maintains a very good relationship with her father and even in the past had written a song for him, dedicated to his “whining” entitled “Papa don’t preach”.
Madonna was born in Bay City, Michigan. Her father is first-generation Italian-American. Her mother, Louise, was of French Canadian descent. He passed away on December 1, 1963, when the singer was only 5 years old. Since the artist had the same name as her mother, her family members called her “Little Nonni”.
