Bruna Marquezine debuts as director in a Disney series: ‘I really wanted’

Bruna Marquezine will debut as director and producer soon. She was part of the creative and directing team for “Amor da Minha Vida”, one of the new features on Disney+, which will launch several products starting this year.

The announcement of Bruna’s involvement in the production took place this Tuesday (4). The series features names such as Sergio Malheiros, Bruno Montaleone, Sophia Abrahão, Malu Rodrigues, among others. O F5 was present at the event.

Bruna did not hide the fact that getting involved in production in addition to acting made her look at the project with different eyes, which was offered to her by the multinational. To the F5the actress detailed the experience.

“It was very curious for me, because my old work model limited what I would do on set. Getting involved in this way was essential for me to accept,” he said.

Marquezine says that “Amor da Minha Vida” is the beginning of something he wants to do in the future: to act more and more behind the camera, not just as an interpreter.

“I love acting, I love being on set. When I’m on set, it’s where I feel like I belong. It’s what I love to do, I was born to do. I don’t want to sound arrogant, but it’s really where I feel very happy and producing was very enjoyable, because it allowed me to be more involved in the process. In the entire process, not just in the action. Everything involving that final result was very enjoyable and co-directing was delicious, I really want to do more of that”, he concluded.
