Whindersson apologizes to Luísa Sonza’s father for her mother’s negative comments

Confusion has revolved around the family nuclei of Whindersson Nunes and that of his ex-girlfriends, singer Luísa Sonza and influencer Maria Lina Deggan. All because of comments on a podcast by the comedian’s mother, Valdenice, who revealed that she did not approve of the two ex-daughters-in-law and that one family would be worse than the other.

Luísa’s father, Cézar Sonza, took to social media and said he was upset with the repercussions. In a video, he stated that he has a lot of affection for Nunes and that he did not want to have to talk about their relationship again.

In the same post, Whindersson apologized to his ex-father-in-law for his mother’s comments. “Seu Cézar, a thousand apologies for this and for all the inconvenience until today. Sorry even for everything I caused and cause, this will not happen again”, Whindersson wrote.

Recently, Whindersson’s mother, Valdenice Nunes, participated in the Iel Cast podcast and said that she did not like the families of her ex-daughters-in-law, Luísa Sonza and Maria Lina Deggan, the latter with whom the comedian had a child, but who died shortly after the childbirth.

In a video clip that circulates on the internet, Valdenice said that Maria Lina’s family was “worse than the first [a de Sonza]. “When I arrived the second time, now the second [Maria Lina], he went to show me the house, asked me if I liked it. I said, ‘I liked it. It so happens, my son, that you just changed your last name. The family is worse than the first [Luísa Sonza]”, he said.

Nunes himself took to social media to say he was “dead of shame” about the comment that went viral on the internet. He also commented on columnist Hugo Gloss’ Instagram on the subject. “I already told my mother that the biggest nightmare of my life was family meddling in my life on the internet, and for the first time this is happening. But it won’t happen anymore, this interview won’t come out”, he said.

The podcast canceled the interview and published a note of clarification that says the episode with Whindersson’s mother would no longer air. It would be aired on February 23, but the team chose not to disclose more to preserve the mental health of those involved.

Valdenice apologized. Sonza’s mother, Eliane, preferred not to get into controversy. “I will always speak and promote good, love peace and never war,” she wrote in a post. Maria Lina published Stories praising her parents and listing all their qualities. “No one is perfect, but we love each other and they are my strongest foundation,” she said.
