Rafael Cardoso reappears after disappearing from the networks: ‘I committed excesses and I regret many things’

Rafael Cardoso, 38, returned to social media and showed the results of a recent facial harmonization. The actor had been away from the web since the end of last year when he got involved in a dispute with the owner of a restaurant in Barra da Tijuca, West Zone of Rio, and after publishing statements considered homophobic. “I overdid myself, I committed excesses, I regret many things”, he acknowledges.

In an interview, he lamented the separation of his children, Aurora and Valentim, aged 7 and 4, as a result of his 16-year relationship with Mari Bridi. The couple announced their separation in December 2022. “It’s difficult to have a break like that, when it comes to raising children. I haven’t seen them in person for a year. All of this messes with my head. I’m not here to victimize myself, I’m not a victim and I don’t even want to be. It messes with my head,” he said on TV Caras’ Desconecta Rio program.

Father of a six-month-old girl, Helena, with psychologist Carol Ferraz, he also took stock of the period in which he was away from the networks. “I disconnected, I even wrote that I was so far from myself that any lost person would find me”, he commented and returned to talking about the controversies.

The actor had virtual flirtations with other exposed women, including minors, shared a “joke” by Nego Di about João Guilherme with a homophobic nature, and even attacked a 64-year-old man. “I ended up losing myself at times, I lost myself due to excess too, compulsiveness. I had to disappear to be able to be here today, serenely.”

The actor’s new look caught attention and earned praise from his followers. Rafael is preparing to record a film and decided to give it a makeover.
