Mark Zuckerberg celebrated July 4th, American Independence Day, in the most American way possible. The owner of Meta posted a video on his social media in which he appears surfing, wearing a tuxedo, bow tie, chain and sunglasses, drinking a can of beer and holding an American flag — all while listening to Bruce Springsteen’s “Born in the USA.”

The owner of Whatsapp, Instagram and Facebook was praised by fans, businessmen and co-workers. “This is as American as it gets. Happy 4th of July,” wrote a Meta executive.

“You’re hilarious. Nice one, Mark,” another said. “The chain and black tie combo of victory,” commented a Meta executive. “Getting cooler and cooler,” praised a follower.

“So many amazing things happening but the best one is the tuxedo with the chain,” one fan raved. “It’s taken it up a notch,” a friend commented. “We have to keep improving,” Zuckerberg responded.

Last November, Zuckerberg fractured his knee and required surgery. Some fans celebrated that he seemed to be doing better. “Hilarious, mate. Good to see your knee is strong again,” one executive commented. “Just wasting time while my knee heals,” the billionaire joked.
