Yesterday was a difficult day for her
Yesterday was a particularly busy day for Despina Kampouri. The journalist and presenter completed yesterday her three-year collaboration with Danae Barka and the show Let’s go Danae and go, not Danae but, for others.
Her departure from the show she has worked with all this time was clearly her own decision. He took her before she even got to the point of talking to the presenter – with whom she has an excellent relationship – and it had to do with her own wants and needs.
Despina felt that she had nothing more to give to this partnership and she is not one of those people who rest on their laurels without caring as long as the salary comes in. He loves the work he does and wants to be able to develop through it. The first to be informed of this decision was Danai Barka herself who understood very well why Despina wanted to leave and did not pressure her.
And although it was, as we said, her own decision, yesterday had a huge emotional load for her. For three years these people were her everyday life and she became attached. So very and genuinely moved she said her own goodbyes on the air of the show and the more personal ones off the air.
