Carol Marra talks about ‘How Much More Life’ and asks for the normalization of the trans body

Actress Carol Marra, 44, took advantage of Carnival Monday (28) to accompany Luan Santana’s show that takes place during Carnival in the City, at the Jockey Club in São Paulo. Currently on the air on “When More Life, Better!”, she spoke to F5 during the event and celebrated the repercussion of her character, in addition to asking for the normalization of the trans body.

“As we recorded the soap opera, for almost a year, following all the safety protocols, and we had to wait for the release, I can see the affection of people with Alice”, said Carol.

The actress also spoke about the participation of the trans singer Linn da Quebrada in a program with the audience of Big Brother Brasil 22 and highlighted the importance of seeing trans bodies on TV.

“I’m not a person who raises flags, but we need to normalize trans bodies. Especially in the big media and programs, like Big Brother and the participation of Linn da Quebrada. with friends and family. It generates necessary conversations.”

Carol has worked with determination to establish herself more and more in her career in acting. She debuted as an actress in the Emmy-nominated HBO series “Psi” (2014), breaking paradigms by being the first trans woman to star in the first kiss on TV.
