Bruno Gagliasso and Giovanna Ewbank are selling their home. The seven-bedroom, 3,300-square-meter mansion in Itanhangá, an upscale neighborhood in Rio’s west zone, was listed by a luxury real estate agency for R$25 million.
The artistic couple, parents of three children, have not yet revealed where they are moving to. But the announcement of the mansion on the real estate agency’s page was liked by Bruno.
The Casa da Tenda, as it is known, was designed by the Claudio Bernardes and Jacobsen firm and built with a modular steel structure. A tensioned roof made of waterproof canvas, held in place by steel cables, creates the impression of a beach tent.
The mansion occupies 1,250 square meters of built area and also has an independent lot of 850 square meters, which is used as a soccer field and parking lot. There is also covered parking with space for 10 cars.
The pool is 25 meters long and connects the exterior to the interior of the house, crossing the living-dining area and reaching the garden. The outdoor space also has a dry sauna and a hot tub.
The upper floor has three suites and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The house is located in a gated community with 24-hour security and a view of Pedra da Gávea and the mountains.
