“We are excited to announce that we will be adding another show to the calendar this year,” the band wrote in an Instagram post. “@allwithinmyhandsfoundation’s ‘Helping Hands’ concert and auction returns to LA” is noted without mentioning the artists who will take part.

“Hosted by our friend @jimmykimmel with special guest appearances, we have an exciting evening lined up for you with some amazing items and experiences up for auction. As always, all proceeds benefit the foundation’s mission to support workforce education, hunger relief and other critical services.” points out the band.

The first “Helping Hands” concert took place in November 2018 in San Francisco. In November 2020, Metallica again held the charity concert without an audience, which was broadcast via streaming.
