Rising country star, Alana Springsteencollaborated with the famous Dutch DJ and music producer Tiësto for the song “Hot Honey”.

“How often do you get the chance to work with one of the most iconic DJs of all time? When Tiësto contacted me to see if I would like to create ‘Hot Honey’ together, I saw it as the most refreshing opportunity” said the singer and added: “I’ve always loved exploring sonically, and being able to do that with dance music while staying true to my country roots excites me as an artist and songwriter. I’m honored that Tiësto entrusted me with this song and I can’t wait to sing it live at one of his incredible shows.”

For his part, the Grammy Award-winning DJ said in a statement:I’ve always been drawn to the fun/party side and authenticity of country music, so when I got the opportunity to work with Alana Springsteen…I was beyond excited! Alana has an incredible voice, which is just the texture this song needed. It’s a different sound for me, but as you know by now I like to explore and be inspired…when I make dance music! I hope you enjoy this song as much as we do.”

The release of the new song comes in anticipation of Tiësto’s Prismatic shows this fall. In two exclusive shows one at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens on October 25th and the other on November 15th at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado he will present a “sonic journey through different eras of his career”.

According to Variety, Springsteen is currently on a tour that will conclude on November 21 at Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium,
