Daughter of Brazilians born in the USA, Unna X was announced this Thursday (8) as another member of Estrela da Casa, Globo’s new musical reality show.
Unna is 26 years old and divides her time between Taguatinga, in the Federal District, and her hometown, New Jersey. Passionate about pop divas like Britney Spears and Shakira, she works as a cleaner to finance her musical dream.
The young woman has already composed for Gloria Groove, LuÃsa Sonza and Anitta and recorded her first album with an American producer.
Unna mixes a bit of English and Portuguese and says that falsehood, female rivalry, injustice and any kind of prejudice can get on her nerves. She says she is open to discovering herself on the reality show and wants to show Brazil all her potential.
“This program has everything any artist dreams of. It has the opportunity, visibility, support and the people. The public will see who you really are. It’s everything I’ve ever wanted and dreamed of,” he celebrates.
Estrela da Casa will be hosted by former BBB Ana Clara Lima. The program will start airing next Tuesday (13) on TV Globo, with reruns on Multishow. The confinement will be broadcast 24 hours a day on Globoplay.
