A moment and a mistake changed the name she would normally have taken at baptism Iulia Kallimani.
Speaking to Sasha Stamatis and in the “Secret” insert of the Parapolitika newspaper, the singer revealed that she would have taken a different name but things did not go as planned.

“Yes. If it wasn’t for the mistake on the part of my dad and my godfather, right now you would call me Iliana after my forgiven grandfather, whose name was Elias, and I would take his name. Because of their mistake, however, I turned out to be Iulia and, believe me, I prefer it. I’m glad and I like it more! After all, nothing in this life is accidental».

“It gives me positive energy to have images in the space where I am. I believe that these people did not become saints by accident».

-How much has your spiritual help you?

“It has helped me a lot. Every time I talk to my grandfather, he gives me great strength and whatever black I have in my little soul, he turns it white.».

-How important are your parents to you?

“My mother is my whole life, she is my support. I lost my father when I was two years old. I will always miss him and maybe that’s why my family and I are so close».

-How are you doing in your personal life at the moment?

“Since I was little, I really wanted to have children and, of course, this is still in my plans. I hope, when and if it happens, to be a good mother. I can’t be more specific right now. All I will say is that I want a man next to me who respects me and loves Iulia for who she really is and not Kallimani».
