The summer list of his favorite songs, as shared by former US President Barack Obama every year.

Highlights include Charli XCX’s ‘365’ as well as Tommy Richman’s ‘Million Dollar Baby’ and Nick Drake’s ‘One of These Things First’.

The 44th US President also enjoys listening to Billie Eilish’s song ‘Chihiro’ from the album ‘Hit Me Hard and Soft’, Beyoncé’s ‘Texas Hold ‘Em’ from ‘Cowboy Carter’, ‘Perro Negro’ from Bad Bunny, Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” featuring Tems, Bonny Light Horseman, Pharoah Sanders, Samara Joy and Charles Mingus.

“As summer draws to a close, I wanted to share some songs I’ve been listening to lately — and it wouldn’t be my list if it didn’t include an eclectic mix,” Obama wrote in a social media post

“I hope you find something new to listen to!”

It is noted that Obama continues the tradition that began since he was in the White House in 2015, of sharing lists of his favorite books, music choices and movies twice a year, as reported by Pitchfork.
