Pre-candidate for Mayor of São Paulo for the PRTB, influencer Pablo Marçal, 37, is being sued by a man who claims to have suffered aggression during his participation in the reality show La Casa Digital 3, led by the coach in May of this year. When contacted, Marçal did not respond.
In the program, participants stay in a house to receive mentoring and training on digital marketing and entrepreneurship. During the experience, they participate in tests that test their capabilities and resilience, and poor performance results in elimination.
The case is already being processed in the state courts. The plaintiff, named Luis Godoy, claims that at a certain stage of the game, he was attacked by mentors who were organizing the tests and also claims to have been insulted and humiliated.
He also claims that he was forced to enter a dirty lake and that there was no rescue or medical team on the reality show to provide any support to the participants.
In the case, which is being processed in the 1st Civil Court of Serra Negra (SP), Godoy is asking for compensation of R$200,000 for moral damages.
In 2022, Marçal had already caused controversy after taking a group of people to a mountain 2,420 meters above sea level. Of the original group, 32 people needed to be rescued by firefighters during the early hours of the morning, and 28 gave up.
