Earlier this week, US Sun exclusively reported that Kim is increasingly worried about Kanye and Bianca’s children with her revealing ensembles.

A source told US Sun that Kim feared it was “no longer a healthy environment” for her four children to be in and wants to sit down with Kanye and Bianca to discuss some “ground rules”.
