OR Jenny Botsi she comes from the beautiful island of the North Aegean and is closely connected to her place of origin. Every summer she usually spends a large part of her holidays there and the other half in the Ionian, where her husband Alexandros Michalas comes from and also has his businesses.

At the moment, however, they are in their own place and the actress wanted their daughter to gradually become more familiar with the sea, which she loves. But to do it in a way that is fun for her as well as safe. To learn to respect and love the water and so together with her husband they decided to enroll Aliki in a special department that teaches young children surfing. And their little one – who is a sweet and brilliant little girl – did great.

Jenny Botsi melted seeing her and with a video of pride and emotion she wrote:

“The sea….
How I love her! How much joy he has seen me, how much pain he has taken from me, how much peace he has taught me, how much joy he continues to give me.
Mentally and physically it is my medicine!
I had to make Alice love her too, not to fear her but above all to respect her!
In my Ikaria, especially in the northern part, the sea has a personality. We have to know when and how we enter the wave, how we get out and if we can withstand it. To respect the flags that fly and to know what they mean.
I had to pass all this to my child, first for her safety, and I found the best way! He started surfing lessons.
We are lucky to have the best school on our island made up of people who first respect and then love their work! In class they make all children feel unique!
We were there with her dad, at her first lesson (well, we’ll be there for the rest too) and we were bursting with pride. I, like Kariotina, was moved because I felt that another bond with the island was created.

We don’t want a child to be afraid! We want a child to BE CAREFUL! herself, those around her, and the environment”.
