Felipe Prior is a defendant in yet another case of alleged rape

Convicted of rape in 2014, former BBB Felipe Prior is a defendant in yet another case that allegedly occurred in the city of Votuporanga (SP), in February 2015. The complaint is from the Public Ministry of the State of São Paulo, made in 2023 and now revealed by G1.

THE F5 sought the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Court of Justice of São Paulo, but both bodies state that this process is under judicial secrecy, therefore the information in the records is of restricted access to the parties and lawyers.

According to G1, the lawsuit states that Prior forced sexual intercourse on the victim in a tent during a Carnival trip. In his testimony, according to the lawsuit, Felipe Prior said that he had sex, but denied that it was done in an aggressive manner.

Last Tuesday (10), Prior had his conviction for rape of a vulnerable person unanimously upheld in the Court of Justice of São Paulo, in another case that occurred in August 2014, in São Paulo. The influencer can still appeal in higher spheres of Justice, such as the STJ (Superior Court of Justice).

When contacted on his social media profile to specifically discuss the latest accusation, Felipe saw the messages from the report, but had not responded by the time this article was published. However, he has denied having committed rape and says he is at the disposal of the courts to clarify the facts.

His lawyers have previously stated that he was not aware of any accusations until last year. “Felipe Prior vehemently repudiates the frivolous information spread about alleged events that occurred years ago, but only now, after having gained public visibility, are being manipulated. Felipe Prior will be available to the authorities for any type of questioning, and will take all necessary measures against those who attack his civility,” they said in a statement.
