São Paulo president receives a surprise gift from his girlfriend: singer Simone

São Paulo president Julio Casares turned 63 this Monday (23) and received a surprise from his girlfriend Mara Carvalho. The actress gave the gift to singer Simone. That’s right. In a video published by the singer of “Cigarra” and “Yolanda”, she appears inside a box in the middle of the couple’s celebration with their family.

Casares jumped for joy when he saw Simone. “A surprise party that was efficient. Very discreet, as I had imagined. I didn’t suspect anything. Mara was amazing. There was everything and my family with my sister Simone, who I imagined was in Rio de Janeiro, made for a beautiful night that eased the pain I feel for the loss of my beloved mother. Julio is a fan of Simone and also a personal friend to the point of calling her his sister in several posts on his social media. The singer often appears with the couple, who have been together since September of last year. Mara, who is also a director, screenwriter and businesswoman, has worked on the soap operas “O Dono do Mundo” (1991), “A Viagem” (1994) and “O Rei do Gado” (1996).

She acted in the play “Baixa Terapia”, opposite her ex-husband Antônio Fagundes and her son Bruno Fagundes. The actors were married between 1988 and 2000. In addition to being president of São Paulo, Julio Casares also works as a lawyer and radio host. He is the father of presenter Julinho Casares, Faustão’s son-in-law.
