Actress and comedian Rebel Wilson, 44, married entrepreneur Ramona Agruma, 40, in a ceremony in Sardinia, Italy, this Saturday (28), according to People magazine.
Wilson and Agruma, who is the founder of sustainable clothing brand Lemon Limon, went public with their relationship in June 2022, with a selfie of the couple on Instagram. The actress’ caption read: “I thought I was looking for a Disney prince… but maybe what I really needed all this time was a Disney princess #loveislove.”
Getting married in Italy seems appropriate, since that’s where the two took their first trip as a public couple. Days after making it official on Instagram, Wilson posted a photo of them holding hands on the Italian coast.
A month earlier, Wilson had revealed to People that he was dating someone and that the couple had been introduced “by a friend.” She said they connected on the phone before meeting in person. “And that was a really nice way for us to get to know each other,” she explained at the time. “It was a little old-fashioned in that sense — very romantic.”
Wilson and Agruma got engaged on Valentine’s Day in 2023. The actress proposed to her now wife in front of Sleeping Beauty’s castle at Disneyland, California.
The “Pitch Perfect” star has a daughter, Royce Lillian, who was born via surrogate in November 2022. Agruma has been a solid source of support, helping to raise the little one. During an appearance on Australia’s The Morning Show, the entrepreneur said Royce’s arrival was a “transformative” experience for both women.
