Meghan Markle gave her own encouraging message to teenage children who, in order to give them courage to protect their psyche from toxic comments, commented that she is one of the people who has received the most bullying in the world.

The 43-year-old Duchess of Sussex, as described in particular by the Daily Mail, pleasantly surprised a group of teenagers last week when she decided to spend an afternoon playing games and doing crafts with them.

Girls Inc. – an American non-profit organization that encourages girls to be “Strong, Smart and Bold” – partners with #HalfTheStory – a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the next generation’s relationship with technology.

“We did an activity where we talked about different issues and Megan described how she is one of the most bullied people in the world,” Larissa May, founder of #HalfTheStory, described

Meghan opened up about her use of social media and claimed the most online hate she received was when she was pregnant with her children.

“I’m keeping my distance from it at the moment for my peace of mind, but most of the bullying and abuse I experienced on social media and online was when I was pregnant with Archie and Lily,” she said.

“You just think about it and you wonder why people hate so much,” he said, among other things.
