The promotion of Lipsi among the best exotic islands in the world is promoted by Express in a related publication, praising the unknown beauties of Greece.

Addressing tens of millions of potential travelers, the popular British newspaper reports that “Lipsi, a small, picturesque Greek island in the Aegean Sea is considered the second most exotic and authentic destination in the world for 2025” after Fulhadhoo in the Maldives.

Far from the crowds of tourists that flock to popular islands such as Mykonos and Santorini, “Lipsi remains a secret destination that offers its loyal visitors an authentic Greek atmosphere,” the report states.

The island’s reference point is the charming village of the same name with its whitewashed houses, narrow cobbled streets and an organized port with taverns, cafes and shops.

The island’s beaches are a major attraction, known for their crystal clear waters and peaceful environment.

“Lipsi are not only famous for their natural beauty but also for their rich cultural heritage. One of its most important religious sites is the church of Panagia tou Haros, which dates back to the 7th century,” writes the British newspaper.
