Tom Hanks he says age 35 is the hardest. The iconic ‘Forrest Gump’ star, who plays himself at different ages in his latest film ‘Here’, spoke candidly to ‘Entertainment Tonight’ about how he felt at that age.

While promoting his upcoming film he said: “Look, I’m 68 years old, but at 35 I had a hard time. This is the period where your metabolism stops, your bones start to ache, you stand differently. I think I’m in better shape now.”the famous actor admitted.

And the actor continued: “My children are grown, I exercise decently and I can eat properly. You can’t do that when you’re 35. Life is such a burden!’

“Here,” which hits theaters Nov. 1, also stars Robin Wright, Kelly Reilly, Leslie Zemeckis, Paul Bettany and Ophelia Lovibond.
