She added that as a gay woman, she recognizes the importance of legal protections for the LGBTQ+ community, stressing that everyone deserves equal access to care and their rights.

Her post is her first public statement about her sexual orientation, while rumors of her relationship with Kate Harrison have been circulating since 2018, when the two were spotted together in California. Previously, the actress was in a relationship with Brooklyn Beckham from 2014 to 2018.

The actress, who has two gay brothers, has been defending the rights of the community for years. Looking back on her childhood in Georgia, she has spoken about the harsh reality her siblings faced in a conservative society.

In an earlier interview, she described how she grew up fighting alongside her brothers, feeling she had a responsibility to stand up for them and shout that being gay was normal and perfectly acceptable. The actress is calling on her fans to participate in the elections, highlighting the importance of their vote in these critical moments.
