Is Jout Jout back? After two years completely away from social media, the journalist and YouTuber published a video in which she appears taking her clothes — and a baby’s clothes — off the line. In the midst of nature, she announced that she brings news.
“Hi, Jout Jout family! I bring news!”, she wrote, announcing a “conversational meeting” called “Ali Fora”, which will take place at the Municipal Theater of Ouro Preto, MG, on December 21st. In the event description, available on the Sympla platform, she gives more information about her “comeback” and says that she will soon hold the same meeting throughout Brazil.
She stopped making her beloved videos on the Jout Jout Prazer channel in 2022. She says there were several reasons, but cites one in specific:
“But one of them, one of the most important, is that I didn’t have much to say anymore, you know? That day comes in the life of a YouTuber. Influencer? I don’t even know what it’s called anymore. Anyway, I try to follow a line is: if you don’t have something to say, don’t say anything. I see it as being kind to whoever is listening.” “When I found myself lacking content, I left the virtual world with desire, I lived attentively what was presented next, I took notes”, she said.
But, to the happiness of her fans, the journalist regained the desire to share her thoughts: “Now I realize that I have things to talk about again. I reprimanded myself. And that’s why I met him. So we can talk. Excited!”.
She gave more details about the meeting: “It will be on Saturday, December 21, 2024, it will start promptly at 4pm, a matinee, as I now have a son, and it will run until 6pm.” This information was no longer a surprise, since, in July 2023, the journalist’s mother made a post about the birth of her first grandchild.
Cell phones will be prohibited in the meeting with Jout Jout: “The proposal is a completely offline meeting, a brilliant opportunity to spend 2 hours in a state of presence, see how precious. A meeting between 281 humans that will begin, happen and end right there, in that theater, without reaching the internet in the form of stories, reels, or audiovisual posts of any kind, as a postmodern neo-impressionist collective performance”.
She also asks everyone to bring a pen and encourages the public to use carpools. “A way to start creating intimacy.”
Finally, to the delight of her fans around the country, she said that the idea is to soon extend the tour to Brazil: “It’s possible that one day I’ll get close to where you are. Okay? Then okay !”.
