The debate about the end of the 6×1 scale has been circulating on social media since last week, and the measure has resonated among celebrities.
The Proposed Amendment to the Constitution was presented by congresswoman Erika Hilton (PSOL-SP) and calls for an end to the model in which people work six days for one day off, Sunday. Today, the Constitution determines working hours limited to “eight hours a day and forty-four hours a week, with the possibility of compensating working hours and reducing working hours, through an agreement or collective labor convention”.
