Débora Nascimento is in a phase in love with herself. Single for some time, the actress and model has discovered that relaxing and enjoying one’s own company is a delight. Difficult? Of course. Even more so for a woman who considers herself “very flirtatious” and romantic. “I learned to enjoy being alone, single, with my own company, and not to put expectations on certain relationships,” she says. “Being alone is very good, it’s delicious”, she acknowledges.

The actress, who is part of the cast of the Brazilian animation “Noah’s Ark”, where she voices the character Whale, recognizes that she is more secure in her positions, a result of maturity. In fact, getting older is not a problem for Débora, who will turn 40 in 2025. “I still have a world to conquer. I have several possibilities for experiences, loves, art and exchanges”, she says in an interview with the program Na Palma da Mari, which will airing this Thursday (14) on the CNN Pop channel, on YouTube.

Débora Nascimento also talks about the social phobia she developed after the success of the character Tessália in “Avenida Brasil” (2012). “It was an explosion at the time, and when I found myself surrounded by many people, I couldn’t breathe. I shut down. [a respiração] and fart. It was horrible, horrible”, observes the actress, who developed a tactic to avoid further inconvenience. “I choose places that are crowded, but where I feel really comfortable, with people I trust around me, because it’s a five-minute thing. . But, on stage, there could be ‘hundred’ people up front and none of that happens.”

José Loreto’s ex-wife also said that, because of social phobia, she did not play at the street carnival. However, last year the situation changed. “I went to play. I put my breasts out and a mask, afraid of people recognizing me. But then I took off the mask and damn it, I was there really naked, and it was delicious, it was like… liberating, you know ? I think social phobia is in the past.”
