Viral has become a grandmother living in rural Zambia who shows off her style by wearing her fashionista granddaughter’s clothes.

OR Margaret Cholawho is in her 80s, is known as the ‘Legendary Glamma’. She has 225,000 followers on Instagram for her striking and playful fashion shoots.

“I feel different, I feel young and alive in these clothes, in a way I’ve never felt before,” Ms Tsola told the BBC. “I feel like I can conquer the world!”

Her granddaughter, Diana Kaumba, is a stylist based in New York.

The idea to dress her grandmother in her clothes came to her when she visited Zambia for her father’s memorial service, who she says inspired her passion for fashion as he was always very well dressed.

During this visit, Diana Kaumba had not managed to wear all her carefully curated clothes. So, she asked her grandmother if she would like to try them.

“At the time I didn’t have anything to do, so I said, ‘OK, let’s do it. Why not;” Margret Chola told the BBC.

“You will miss me when I die. At least that’s how you’ll remember me,” said the legendary grandmother.

“I thought it would be nice to dress my grandmother in haute couture and then photograph her in her natural environment,” Diana tells the BBC.

“I was very anxious when I posted the first photo. Within 10 minutes it got 1,000 likes,” added Diana.
