According to information from the local newspaper Palm Beach Post, official documents indicate, in fact, that the main objective is to prevent navigators from approaching the property valued at around R$211 million at the current price. The issue of debris would be something secondary.

He acquired the mansion in 2020 and it was there that he and his family moved permanently in early 2024, after selling a mansion in California.

According to the publication, neighbors believe that, if the fence is authorized, it would transform Stallone into the “owner of the water”. Although the request was made in 2022, it was only now that the neighbors found out and were taken by surprise.

The structure would be “L” shaped and would be anchored to the bottom of the watercourse using a system of ropes and stakes. The structure would allow marine animals to swim under or around the barrier at each end.

He lives there with his wife, Jennifer Flavin, 56, and his daughters Scarlet, Sistine and Sophia.
