Wanted by police for alleged scheme with PCC is Gusttavo Lima’s security guard

Security guard for singer Gusttavo Lima, civil police officer Rogério de Almeida Felício, known as Rogerinho, is wanted by the Federal Police accused of having links to the criminal faction Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC).

Rogerinho was one of those mentioned in the statement of businessman Vinícius Gritzbach, who died upon leaving São Paulo International Airport, in Guarulhos, after being shot ten times in November.

The accused allegedly kept a Gritzbach watch, allegedly the result of illegal negotiations between them. He moved around R$13 million, according to the survey, which represents 40 times the R$319,000 assets recorded in 2019. Most of the assets involve buying and selling properties. In total, seven people have already been arrested in the operation. Rogerinho was not found in searches carried out by the Federal Police on Tuesday morning (17).

Felício’s defense, led by lawyer José de Oliveira Júnior, states that in 2017 an investigation was opened against the agent by the Public Ministry, archived in 2021. That same year, another investigation was opened by the Prosecutor’s Office, also archived in 2023.

“It is worth mentioning that Rogério, as well as Construtora Magnata, had their financial transactions analyzed since 2011, without any financial incompatibility”, says an excerpt from the note.

Regarding the movement of R$ 13 million in the purchase and sale of properties in recent years, the defense says “that the properties negotiated by the construction company occurred through exchanges, incorporations and bank financing.”

When contacted, singer Gusttavo Lima, through his advisor, states that the security guard provided services at some shows as a member of the artist’s security team. “We are aware of the operation and hope that all the facts are duly clarified before the police authority that presides over the investigation”, he says in a note sent to F5.
