Actresses Fernanda Montenegro, 95, and her daughter, Fernanda Torres, 59, got together to record an advertisement for Itaú that used artificial intelligence (see below).
In the campaign, which also features gymnast Rebeca Andrade and was shown during the intermission of Jornal Nacional (Globo) on Thursday (19), a voice created by AI asks the three questions, which they respond in the most human way possible.
The action takes place less than a month before the announcement of the Oscar nominees. The feature film “I’m Still Here” could compete for Best International Film. In it, both, at different stages, live Eunice, wife of former deputy Rubens Paiva (Selton Mello), caught by the military dictatorship.
In another video available on the bank’s social networks, Fernanda Montenegro climbs the stairs to the recording location and does not need to use elevators. “Because I had to exercise, right?”, she says behind the scenes of the recording (check it out below).
Smiling, the veteran actress even asks if her hair looks good for the start of filming. “There’s a lack of shine. We want to do everything well, right?”, adds the actress. “We’ll talk later”, she adds at the same moment she receives a kiss on her daughter’s face.
