The country singer Thiago Costa is still hospitalized in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) of the Metropolitan Hospital of Urgency and Emergency in Ananindeua, metropolitan region of Belém. The artist’s office informed this Saturday (13) that the health situation is stable and there is no expected high.
Costa suffered a water accident in a river area, in Belém, in the late afternoon of last Thursday (11). He had a fractured arm and leg and underwent surgery in the morning of Friday (12).
“This month’s shows are canceled. We are grateful for the affection and understanding of everyone, we ask for prayers for the recovery of our Thiago Costa”, says the press office.
According to the G1, the countryman was on a watercraft that was hit by a speedboat in the hole in the river Maguari. Another person, whose name was not disclosed, was also rescued by firefighters in the accident.
After the accident, several people wished the singer a great recovery on social media. “God is in control! Everything will be fine and soon he will be making everyone happy”, commented a netizen in the publication about the artist’s health condition on Instagram.
“Ohhhh but the important thing is that he is doing well and will be back on stage soon. Cheers Thiago and speedy recovery,” wrote one woman. A fan lamented the accident and asked him to get better soon. “I’m shaking so far. Thank you, my God, come back soon power. I love you!”
