THE Dr. Houtan Chabokia Washington, D.C.-based facial plastic surgeon said he suspects Kendall has “tweaked” her nose and lips. Commenting on her images in a TikTok video, she said: “The nose appears thinner in the middle and at the tip. Some cartilage was probably removed and the bone modified.”
