Duda Reis opens an institute to help women who suffer abuse and violence

Digital influencer Duda Reis, 20, has just opened an institute to support and help women who suffer or have suffered from physical, psychological and sexual abuse.

At the launch of the project, a part of which was made available on her Instagram account, Duda says that the Survivor Institute will seek to bring new opportunities to reframe the trauma that women carry.

“Violence against women, so naturalized by our society, marks the lives of so many of us from a very young age. For you, woman, who has been or is going through any type of violence, I would like (as a victim too) to reiterate that you is not defined by this episode or these episodes, they are just a single chapter of an entire book that you are,” he said.

A multidisciplinary team will be responsible for providing all necessary support to victims who seek the institute.

In September 2021, Nego do Borel was indicted for bodily harm against Duda. The information was given by the influencer herself on her social networks and confirmed by the artist’s lawyer.

The defense of Leno Maycon, who uses Nego do Borel as his artistic name, said in a statement that “he was indicted for bodily harm due to psychic disturbances, according to the police authority, and not for physical aggression, as it appears at first sight.” and added that the singer will prove his innocence.

“With regard to the indictment for bodily harm, it must be said that the fact is extremely subjective, since it considered psychological disturbances, and it is only a matter of time for Leno to also prove his innocence, as he lacks factual evidence which will not be supported in the criminal process. .”

After the end, the influencer and actress accused him of bodily harm, domestic violence, rape of vulnerable, threat and injury. He denies the accusations and even asked fans for help on social media in February, saying that he did not know how long he would endure attacks and trials.

In February of this year, Borel showed a tattoo on social media. In the new image, which was previously named Duda, a tribute to his ex-girlfriend, Duda Reis, he wrote the name “William” and then added the words “do Borel”. Therefore, what was once a proof of love, now became a tribute to MCs William and Duda do Borel.

But this exhibition was not seen in a normal way by Duda Reis’ team. According to lawyer Izabella Borges, Borel failed to comply with the protective measure by showing the name “Duda” and, indirectly, referring to her, something that was prohibited from the beginning of the process and he responds for aggression.
