Luciele Di Camargo says Denílson’s relationship with Globo was old: ‘Everything had the right timing’

After the official announcement of Denílson’s hiring by Globo this Monday (6), Luciele Di Camargo used social media to congratulate her partner. The actress wished the ex-football player luck and revealed that the “dating” with the Rio broadcaster was old: “We know how much they wanted you and how long this ‘dating’ existed, but everything was at the right time, and the time for change has arrived.”

Denílson arrived at Band in 2010 and participated in the coverage of that year’s World Cup on the now-defunct Band Mania program. The former player, who had a contract with the broadcaster until March 2027, resigned and announced his departure live at Jogo Aberto, on December 20th: “I’m going to have other experiences”.

Luciele highlighted that Denílson is experiencing his best professional moment and has matured a lot in the last five years: “You have adjusted the fine line between jokes and serious information, you have consolidated yourself in the advertising and corporate market, you have elevated your professional life far beyond TV, you are strengthening in digital and still has a lot of desire to learn and grow”, he stated.

She continued recognizing that Denílson is prepared to take on the new role: “Talent can be honed; charisma is only available to those who have it, and you have it in spades. 15 years ago, I told you: ‘The camera dates you, and if you came in for TV, it wouldn’t come out again.’ Receive your consecration. Trust in yourself”, wrote Luciele, who has been married to a former player for 15 years.

In a note sent to the press, Globo informed that the new employee will make weekly appearances alongside Fred Bruno, who debuts in place of Felipe Andreolli this month on Globo Esporte. Denílson will also have his own attraction on the group’s paid channel.
