Confirmed on BBB 25, influencer Gracyanne Barbosa published an open letter to the São Paulo samba school Camisa Verde e Branco. In a post published on Instagram, she explains her decision to leave her role as drum queen to participate in the program. The new edition of Big Brother Brasil starts on Monday (13) and Gracyanne is already confined to a hotel in Rio.
“As you all know, I was invited, in secret, to participate in ‘BBB25’. From the first moment, I thought a lot about school. After all, I’ve been counting down the days to be with you at Anhembi. I don’t know what will happen at home in the next few months and, especially, when we will be able to samba together again, but I want you to know that Camisa Verde e Branco is still with me in my thoughts and in my heart, like a family that has always welcomed me with so much love”, he wrote.
The letter continues with a declaration of affection for the association, followed by an apology for giving up the parade. “Near or far, I will always cheer and cheer for our school, which has a rich history and a bright future ahead of it. I am immensely grateful for all the love and I count on your support. I hope I can also represent you in the game. Forgive my absence from the next school commitments, as I will be taking on another challenge. I can’t wait to be with you in person again!”
The school published Gracyanne’s letter in full and has already chosen a replacement. Taking her place is Taty Sindel, 34. She is a model and ex-girlfriend of Cruzeiro football player Gabriel Barbosa, known as Gabigol.
