Oscar -winning actor, Merter stripshe had to think of an inventive way to safely move away when the fires that hit Los Angeles in early January surrounded her home.

In a lengthy article in “New York Magazine”, the actor’s nephew, Eiby Strip, described, among other things, the adventure of his aunt as an example of the determination and durability shown by many residents of Los Angeles.

The actress was ordered on January 8, when fires in Pasifik Palisids and Eton had already begun to destroy the area. In her attempt to escape, “she discovered that a large tree had fallen on its way, excluding the unique exit,” wrote Aib Streep.

“Determined to do so, borrowed a cutter from her neighbor, she opened a car hole in the fence shared with the neighbors on the other hand and passed through their backyard to escape,” added.

Elsewhere in the article, the author referred to his aunt’s co -star in “Only Murders in the Building”, Martin Sort, who also encountered difficulties in leaving home in Palisids he bought in 1984.

He emphasized that the traffic jam and panic was so big that a route would normally take five minutes by car, it took more than an hour to cover. His home was finally saved.

“I will definitely stay in my house”, said the famous actor while burning the house that one of his sons had.
