Katie Kassidi will star in the psychological thriller ‘Nanny Cam’the shooting of which will begin next month in New Jersey.

The film follows a young mother, played by the American actress, who is confronted with the dark heritage of her ancestors as she tries to protect her newborn child from the demons of the past and the doubts that maternity generates.

Jenny Farley, or “Jwoww”, signs the script and directing, bringing her own experiences to the screen as a mother.

“‘Nanny Cam’ explores the creepy story of Trinity, a young woman haunted by the fears and anxiety of maternity – fears I know very well» Farley said to Deadline.

“Growing up with a absent mother, I often struggled with a grumpy voice that questioned my ability to be a good mother” Continue.

“This film captures the stressful darkness of these doubts, revealing how personal demons can turn the joy of motherhood into a scary struggle,” he added.

The cast also includes them, Riley Dandy, Miles Clochet and Sol Miranda.

The production of the film, which is the second work of Farley, is undertaken by Joe Barbagalo and Logan Hunter through Barbhouse Productions.
