A letter written by Anitta as a child to her mother, Miriam Macedo, went viral on social networks. The letter was rescued by the documentary team “Larissa: The Other Side of Anitta”, which opens on Thursday (6) on Netflix.
In the message, Anitta does not hesitate to make complaints to her mother, mostly related to jealousy of treatment given to her youngest brother, Renan.
“Mom, I wanted you to give me more attention,” says Anitta. “You give a thousand kisses to my brother and only give me a hug. Tell him that he is beautiful, wonderful, that he is your cat and that I’m normal. Just fight with me and not fight with him,” complains the singer.
At the end of the letter, she gives her mother a pinprick: “And here I say you’re beautiful, I say you look 20, but you are 42,” concludes Anitta.

Anitta’s hard words ripped laughs and fan theories. “See people, the kids rejected always get better in life, everything is fine,” wrote an X user.
“That’s why she always looked more attached to her father,” observed another. “There is always a child preferred by parents right? Sad,” said another.
“How much sick comment. She and her mother are crazy about each other and Aunt Miriam was the person who with Renan supported Anitta at the beginning of her career. Stop taking everything out of context,” said another.
“‘And I say here you seem to be 20 years old, but you are 42.’ The closure since I was little “, had another one.
